Jeans and Trousers: Invest in insulated, thick pants to maintain the warmth in your lower body. For more protection, look for models with fleece linings or waterproof materials.

Vests: Vests provide core warmth without limiting arm movement and are a versatile piece of clothing for layering.

Beanies and Hats: To stop heat loss via your head, wear a warm, snug-fitting beanie or cap.

Mittens and gloves: To keep your hands warm, you must wear insulated mittens or gloves. They are vital for shielding your hands from bitter cold and come in a variety of forms.
